The Hilton Sedona Resort Bell Rock offers a great experience with its prime location and beautiful views. The staff genuinely goes above and beyond, enhancing the stay with their excellent service. While the rooms are clean and well-equipped, they might feel a bit small for families with more than a couple of luggage. The dining options are decent but could use more variety at breakfast, which was a bit pricey.

Rooms
7.0
The room was a spacious suite with a separate bedroom and living area, but it felt a bit small for our family of four. The whirlpool tub was somewhat loud, making it a little challenging to relax.
Service
10.0
The service was outstanding. The staff was incredibly friendly, always greeting us warmly and attentive to our needs—even providing water and towels promptly.
Location
9.0
The location is fantastic—right near trailheads and just a short drive to central Sedona, where we enjoyed the scenery without the crowds.
Dining
6.0
Dining was nice, but I found the breakfast buffet a bit overpriced with limited options available.
Facilities
8.0
The amenities were enjoyable; we loved the small bonfires around the resort and the on-site spa was a relaxing touch after our daily adventures.

7.8/10

I had a lovely experience at the hotel overall, with a spacious and clean room that had a nice view of the mountains and a cozy private fireplace. However, the service at the bar and pool area left a lot to be desired, with some issues in wait times and food orders. The location was perfect for those who want a quiet getaway away from the busyness of Uptown Sedona, but it may be a bit far for those looking to be in the thick of things. The amenities were decent, but there were a couple of drawbacks that could use improvement.

Rooms
9.0
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, featuring a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, and a nice view of the patio area. The private fireplace added to the charm.
Service
6.0
While the staff was generally hospitable, I encountered a few service issues, particularly at the bar and pool area where wait times were often long and orders were mixed up.
Location
8.0
The location was superb, away from the hectic traffic of Sedona's main street while still being close to hiking trails and restaurants. It allowed for a peaceful retreat.
Dining
8.0
I didn't try the restaurant during my stay, but I was impressed with the breakfast options available.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel facilities included beautiful outdoor fireplaces and a well-maintained pool area, providing a great relaxation spot.

5.8/10

My stay was quite a mixed bag. While the location is decent with some restaurants nearby, the hotel itself felt outdated and overpriced for what it offers. The pool area seemed nice but was always crowded, and I didn't get to enjoy it. On the plus side, we appreciated the heated pool for the kids and the free breakfast deal was a nice perk, though the options could be better.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were small, and we had trouble finding space for our luggage. The outdated fixtures and some unpleasant smells made it less comfortable than I hoped.
Service
6.0
Staff were mostly helpful when planning our activities, but there were notable issues with housekeeping that needed addressing.
Location
7.0
While it's a bit of a drive from Sedona, the area has some nice dining options and beautiful views. The drive to the resort was scenic but winding.
Dining
5.0
Dining was hit or miss; while breakfast had some good options, other meals could be overpriced and not always hot.
Facilities
6.0
The pool area had great potential, but the seating shortage was frustrating. Other facilities like outdoor games were nice for families.

8.2/10

I had a lovely weekend getaway at this resort. The views were stunning, and the atmosphere felt both cozy and spacious. I particularly enjoyed the relaxing spa facilities, although I would have preferred better privacy for the ground floor rooms. Overall, it offered great amenities, but the concern about security in the rooms was a drawback.

Rooms
7.0
The room was spacious and clean, featuring a gas fireplace and a balcony. However, I found the air conditioner broken and the patio door didn't lock securely, which was concerning.
Service
8.0
The service was generally accommodating, but I did experience some awkwardness, especially regarding room availability. Overall, the staff was efficient in helping us settle in.
Location
9.0
The resort is conveniently located just a short drive from Upper Sedona, making it easy to explore local shops and restaurants while also being away from the busier tourist areas.
Dining
8.0
I really enjoyed the food at the hotel's Shadowrock restaurant; their appetizers were excellent and reasonably priced. Breakfast was nice, though nothing extraordinary.
Facilities
9.0
The amenities were impressive, featuring multiple pools and jacuzzis, along with gender-specific areas in the spa for added relaxation. I appreciated the access to washers and dryers as well.

5.4/10

While the hotel has a beautiful lobby and a nice pool area, my experience during our stay was quite disappointing due to poor service and cleanliness issues. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not properly trained, which affected our enjoyment significantly. Additionally, the hidden resort fees felt unfair, especially considering the lack of amenities we used during our late arrival.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was a bit dated and had a sticky rug, which was not ideal. However, it did have a nice view, and the small balcony with seating for two was a pleasant feature.
Service
5.0
Service was lacking in many areas; there were long wait times for food and drinks, and staff seemed to struggle with fulfilling orders. They were apologetic when addressing issues but consistency was a big problem.
Location
7.0
The location is convenient for those wanting to explore without getting stuck in the busy areas of Sedona, but it does not necessarily justify the overall experience at the resort.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were limited, and I experienced significant delays in service, leading to frustration. I would have expected better given the resort's price point.
Facilities
6.0
The amenities were generally nice, with a lovely pool area, but staffing issues definitely put a damper on how well they functioned.
Beautiful lobby
Poor service
